Proteus Trades and Commodities Inc has introduced Voli Vodka in India in partnership with Venezia Food and Beverages. Endorsed by American rapper Pitbull, Voli Vodka was founded in 2008 and is a privately held premier spirits company with offices in Miami, Florida.
Voli is a blend of superior grade Beauce wheat and natural Gensac spring water that is five-times distilled and non-chill filtered. Starting May 2016, two variants of the brand – Voli Vodka and Voli Light – will be available through retail outlets only. Ahead of this launch, Proteus looks forward to launching the rest of the variants alongside the introduction of other American liquors for the Indian consumers. Proteus anticipates the sales of the vodka to generate approximately $100 million in the next 24 months.
