JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar is all geared up to celebrate a chocolate-y affair for all chocolate lovers of the city. An incredible chocolate themed menu is being curated at the hotel’s signature Italian restaurant, Romano’s, from 25th March till 3rd April, 2016. Chef Roberto Zorzoli, Head Chef of Romano’s and Chef Santosh Rawat, Executive Pastry Chef, have crafted a spectacular menu with chocolate as a key ingredient. Exotic flavours from Sao Thome, Ghana, Madagascar and Tanzania have been imbibed in the menu to excite discerning Mumbaikars’ taste buds.

This unique chocolate themed menu will offer guests a visual delight as well as an explosion of delightful preparations for the palate. Chef Roberto Zorzoli has scrupulously designed a menu consisting of dishes such as Chocolate Ricotta and Chilli Parcel with Barolo Wine Reduction, Marinated Tuna Tartar, Citron Bread and Saothome Sour Cream, AOP Risotto with Scallop Carpaccio and White Chocolate Shavings, Pulled lamb belly with 67% Madagascar Dark Chocolate, Apple & Olives Relish, Almond Crusted Salmon, Chocolate Martini Sauce White asparagus on Saffron Coulis, Infused Milk Chocolate Arancini. To complete this indulgent chocolate experience, innovative chocolate-based cocktails will also be part of the menu.

Commenting on this occasion, Chef Zorzoli said, “Indians are quite famous for their sweet tooth cravings. Nowadays, we have seen that guests are very open to trying out different innovative gastronomy, encouraging us to be creative in this space. The key highlight of this complete chocolate dining experience is that every dish in each course will be artistically plated in front of our guests.”

Guests can end the meal with a delectable chocolate dessert menu set by Chef Rawat, which comprises Dark Chocolate and Espresso Tart. The chocolate menu will be available from 7pm to 11 pm during the promotional period.
