The Kerala Food Festival will be featuring the culinary skills of Chef Latha K. The esteemed Chef de Cuisine of Malabar Cafe at Grand Hyatt Kochi hails from a traditional family in Kozhikode and has garnered recognition for her exceptional talent and numerous achievements.
As the head chef of Malabar Cafe, she has gained acclaim for her expertise in a variety of cuisines. Chef Latha K’s impressive culinary journey includes the publication of her first cookbook, ‘Lathapachakam: Nattinpurathinte Thanatha Ruchi’, which offers over 358 recipes. Her remarkable contributions to the culinary world have been acknowledged with over 25 national and international awards.
In addition to the mouth-watering main courses, guests will also have the chance to savour a variety of authentic condiments such as Manga kandhari chammandhi (a chutney made with bird chilly, coconut, and raw mango), Chammandhi podi (dry roasted coconut powder), Manga Achar (pickled raw mango), and Mulagu kondattom (curd chili).
