Chefs at Courtyard by Marriott Chennai have curated an exclusive cuisine food fest that allows guests to experience the irresistible spirit of South Indian cuisine at Paprika. The flavors are aimed at showcasing the diversity of the Southern India and its cuisines hailing from Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and Kerala.
Between 18th to 27th February, the chefs have designed a multi-cultural cuisine interlaced with rich textures and aromas highlighting the best of South Indian preparations; hot chillis, coconut based curries, tangy chutneys or simple steam preparations to perfectly blend flavors. The 10-day fare includes an array of appetizers, curries, Biryani and signature dishes such as ‘Appam’, ‘Charminar Sheek Kebab’, ‘Pumpkin Paliya’, ‘Madurai Kari Dosa’, ‘Ragi Mudda’, ‘Thalassery Biryani’, ‘Mutton Nalli Biryani’, ‘Mutton Chettinad’, ‘Korri Gassy’ and more. The quintessential desserts to indulge in are ‘Mysore Pak’, ‘Kozhukattai’, ‘Thengai Poli, Tirunelveli Halwa’, ‘Pineapple Kesari’ and more.
