BurgerMan returns to Namma Bengaluru in a new avatar

The brand plans to open five more outlets in Bangalore during this year before going pan-India

After successfully running for over eight years across Chennai and Bangalore with 133 kiosks, BurgerMan is back in a new avatar. It opened its first experiential outlet in Indiranagar, Bangalore, focusing on ‘keeping things light and fun’ across ambience, service, and food. The brand plans to expand its footprint by opening five outlets in Bangalore during this year before going pan-India.

BurgerMan’s new burgers include brown fibre-induced buns, flavourful grilled meaty patties and fresh veggies with in-house sauces. The brand had emerged as the younger generation’s go-to grab spot on days when they need a pick-me-up meal in a feel-good ambience.

BurgerMan not only offers tempting ‘guilt-free’ options but a complete ‘Meet-Greet-Treat’ experience catering to the younger age group, from teenagers to college students, families and mid-aged working professionals. At the same time, it caters to adults who prefer a sandwich with salads while their kids indulge in some succulent burgers.

At the new Indiranagar outlet, BurgerMan will be serving its original dishes, including Signature Beemer, Butter Chicken, Teriyaki Lamb, Smoked BBQ Chicken, Paneer, Mushroom Cheese, and Pulled Teriyaki Jackfruit burgers. For sides, it has small plates like Grilled Hashbrown, Bean Chilli Tacos, Veg Street Nachos, Sausage Steekers and German Currywurst.

Those wanting to take a break from burgers can try sandwiches like BBQ Jackfruit’ N’ Dill and Herb Chicken’ N’ Mushroom, or choose from Nacho Salad or Chicken Citrus Salad. Guests can pick from Bourbon Ale, Pink Lemonade, Lemon Iced Tea, Cookie Butter Shake, Irish Coffee Shake, or Strawberry Bliss to quench their thirst.

Talking about the launch of the Indiranagar outlet, COO Ramesh Krishnan said, BurgerMan 2.0 showcases a high energy vibe along with innovative slow-cooking techniques in a vibrant, quirky and fun setting. The restaurant has an alfresco ambience for the perfect Bangalore weather. We have re-done our burger buns, infusing them with fibre to make it guilt-free. The protein-rich patties are made in-house unlike most ready-to-fry patties and are ideal for health-conscious eaters seeking healthy options.”

BurgerMan’s vibrant ambience has cool and quirky splashes of sunny yellow, and a PacMan inspired Burger crest. The self-serviced bistro has a private dining space, alfresco seating and a small area for some game time with foosball, dart and books to read.
