Light House Cafe launches new breakfast menu

Light House Cafe (LHC) now has launched a lip-smacking new breakfast menu with a wide variety. Along with fresh, seasonal juices, the two staple favourites to drink are the chocolate banana smoothie and the bestseller banana berry shake.

Guests can start their morning with some freshly brewed, hot tea ranging from green and masala tea to English breakfast and Earl Grey. LHC has good news coffee lovers with a 1+1 offer on hot and cold coffee varieties. This includes Citruscino, Iced coffee, White Mochaccino, Affogato, and Frappe can be prepared with vegan friendly options of almond or soy milk too.

Those seeking a healthy and filling drink, can take your pick from the range of smoothies. The Chia Cucina is made from banana and spinach blended with spicy mint, basil, juicy apples and sprinkled with fine chia seeds. For some fruity goodness, they can go for Grape Me, which is a mix of banana strawberries, apples, and grapes with the coolness of mint and cucumber, garnished with crunchy walnuts.

Or they could choose Marry & Berry, their unique banana based smoothie with a fresh blend of cilantro, curry leaves, rosemary, and sunflower seeds with the sweetness of strawberries.  If going green is more their way, try Kale and Hearty, a healthy fusion of banana, kale, dil leaves and amla with a hint of cinnamon and rich cashew nuts.

LHC offers warm, crisp toast to satiate those morning cravings, loaded with sunny side up, avocados, bacon, cheese, and exotic vegetables. For those looking for a quick breakfast that can be grabbed on the go, the Smashed Avocado and Kale Tapenade or the Vegan Cheese Chilli Toast are best bets.

For slower, more fulfilling options, LHC has introduced their Fork and Knife menu filled with a range of mouth-watering, expertly made dishes. The eggs are prepared exactly the way guests like them, be it Mumbai Masala, bhurji, plain, sunny side up, or made into Eggs Benedict or Egg Overdose.

They can choose to have a Quickie, with french toast and baby spinach salad, or a fresh Hummus and Veggie Breakfast Bowl. Akuri on Ladi pav can be prepared with both egg bhurji or paneer bhurji, so vegetarians don’t have to miss out.

LHC’s specialities include LHC Gatsby, with panini, lettuce, peri-peri sauce, ketchup and ham slices, the highly recommended LHC BLT, consisting of juicy bacon served with fresh lettuce and ripe tomatoes, and LHC EVLT, with exotic vegetables, tomatoes and lettuce grilled to a smoky perfection.
