Sahara Star reopens its Pan Asian restaurant – East Asian Spice Trail (E.A.S.T)

Sahara Star has announced the re-opening of its Pan Asian restaurant – East Asian Spice Trail abbreviated as E.A.S.T.

Located in central courtyard of the Hotel, E.A.S.T is primarily a fine dining restaurant serving authentic East Asian cuisine with flavours of China, Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand alive in its colossal menu. Warm and cosy interiors with Buddha installations make the dining experience absolutely rejuvenating.

With the reopening of the restaurant, Sahara Star has roped in  Chef Rahul Karve, who will be leading the E.A.S.T restaurant. With his new menu, Chef Rahul is all set to take over your palate with his impeccable culinary creations. Wide variety of dim sums, sushi and Tepanyanki Poke bowls are highlights of the new E.A.S.T menu which will transport you to a tranquil space where delectable food will dominate your senses.

The team at E.A.S.T restaurant ensures that enhanced cleanliness and safety measures are in place for its guests and associates. The measures include mandatory temperature checks for everyone entering the hotel at each entry point, frequent disinfection of all equipment, observing social distancing and compulsory use of masks while entering the Hotel.
