The Mirador, a designer hotel located near Mumbai Airport, has introduced its takeaway brand, Ladles. It will offer a melting pot of global cuisine ranging from Indian, Lebanese, Mexican, European, and Oriental through the brand’s hotline and Zomato.
The Indian meal comprises Tamatar aur Tulsi Patte ka Shorba, Meen Haldi Moilee with starters such as Do Phulon ki Galauti with ulta tawa paratha or the soft Hara Dhaniya aur Kaju Cheese Kebab. For the main course, patrons can choose between Tamatar aur aitoon ke dolme, Chaparan Matka Meat along with assorted Indian breads or enjoy Murg Lucknowi Dum Biryani.
They can begin their Middle Eastern meal with a Mezze platter featuring Hummus, Tzatziki, Batata Hara, Samvoosek and Mtaffa Prawns as well as Shawarma, Spinach and Turkis Kasar Pide or the Manakeesh.
The fiery and flavoursome Mexican Delights include Nachos with Dips and Hard Shelled Tacos, Quesadillas. They can also whip up their own burritos with the D-I-Y Burrito Bar loaded with leafy vegetables, sour cream, salsa, chipotle sauce, sharp cheddar and refried beans complete with their choice of veggies and meats.
The European menu includes Bisque di Frutti Di Mare, Classic Minestrone, freshly baked Brot Korb featuring Ciabatta Calda or the Carta da Musica along with a selection of salads such as Panzanella or the Carpaccio De Saumon Fume, Spanakopita and Gambero Vinello and an assortment of freshly crafted pastas and Neapolitan Pizzas.
The hotel uses authentically sourced ingredients to curate its Oriental Meal that has Wanton Noodle Soup, Wasabi Prawns, Kua Kai Fish and Stuffed Tofu in Chilli Garlic Sauce, Wok based Basa Green in Green Scallion Sauce, black truffle crispy roast chicken along with mains such as Spicy Edamame Fried Rice. The Thai menu has favourites such as Tom Yum Soup along with Larb Kai, Satay and fish cakes, Pad Thai Noodles, Gaeng Massaman and Fried Rice.
Ladles also offers a selection of assorted vegetarians and non-vegetarians Dim Sums and Sushi Rolls like Truffle Edamame Dumplings, Mushroom and Hoisin Prawns Bao, Nigiri Sushi, Maki Sushi and Uramaki Roll.
