Mumbai-based O Pedro, a Goan and Portuguese inspired bar and restaurant, has launched a new delivery pop-up menu Pita Shack. It offers three different hummus varieties – classic chickpea, roasted mushroom and spicy pumpkin – along with pita sandwiches including the OG falafel pita sandwich and cubano pita sandwich.
Customers can also select the Fattoush Caesar salad and Falafel salad. Pita Shack Bowls like the harrisa roasted haloumi, and Lebanese seafood rice are available on the menu too.
Apart from food dishes, O Pedro’s Pita Shack menu offers homemade flavoured sodas. A popular selection is the baklava soda made with dates, apple, cinnamon, rose, and vanilla. Also on the menu is a light and refreshing beet and sumac soda made with beetroot shrub, sumac and soda.
O Pedro is managed by Hunger Inc, a group that also manages other popular F&B establishments in Mumbai, including The Bombay Canteen and The Bombay Sweet Shop.
