The Oberoi, Gurgaon, the latest luxury hotel by The Oberoi Group, has been nominated for Virtuoso®“Best of the Best” Hotel Awards in the ‘One to Watch’ category. The hotel, which opened in April, 2011, is located in Gurgaon in the New Delhi National Capital Region.
The Oberoi, Gurgaon is one of only five properties worldwide nominated in the ‘One to Watch’ category by Virtuoso® for its fifth annual “Best of the Best” Hotel Awards. Other nominees in the category include the Mandarin Oriental, Paris, St. Regis Lhasa Resort, Tibet, Il Salviatino, Florence and the Aman Sveti Stefan, Montenegro.
Each year the network nominates from its extensive roster of more than 900 of the world’s best hotels and resorts and selects the nominees for the10 categories. Elaine Srnka, VIRTUOSO LIFE magazine’s editorial director, and Albert Herrera, Virtuoso’s vice president of hotels, destinations and tours, named the properties that stand-out and demonstrate the highest standards in their given category.
