Radisson Blu Karjat Resort and Spa introduces tea lounge

Radisson Blu Resort and Spa Karjat launched their Premium Tea Lounge in presence of General Manager, Santanu Guha Roy and Master Tea Sommelier, Rajiv Lochan.  The hotel collaborated with Teaswan, which has a range of premium and exotic range of teas. 

Tea lounge boasts of more then 50 varieties of Tea with health and wellness benefits that includes Detox tea, Herbal Tea, Blue Tea, Peach & Litchi, Paan Ice Tea, Rose Tea and Five Spice Tea. 

The space will also serve quick bites to compliment the tea that includes smoked baby corn, chicken pockets and cookies.

Talking about this launch, Santanu Guha Roy said, “At our property we are focusing on wellness so we decided to open a Tea Lounge where the visitors get to experience the most cherished beverage which is Tea. This was something new that we wanted our customers to experience.”

Executive Chef of Radisson Blu Karjat Rajiv Kumar Bhardwaj demonstrated various methods of brewing different kinds of tea which were sampled by guests.

The chef had also curated special collection of cinnamon, salted and almond cookies to go along with the signature teas.  

Teaswan’s founder, Rajiv Lochan addressed the present connoisseurs, sharing its history, experiences and innovations over the years. ”This was my dream, to educate Indians about tea and its benefits. Now, guests can come to Radisson Blu Karjat to experience our teas.”
