2022 was the deciding year for most people in the hospitality industry. During the pandemic when the hotel was closed to customers and there were contemplations on re-opening of the hotel and continuing operations in the most cost-effective manner, it was Kaushal’s excellent client relationships that brought in group quarantine business from one of the shipping logistics companies.
He was successful in pioneering the re-opening of the hotel with 100% occupancy and further extended this success by entering a year-long buy-out agreement with one of shipping giants for 240 rooms per day for the entire 2020 and Q1 2021.
