to #2 on TripAdvisor and has pinned its F&B outlets at par excellent ratings on Zomato. Apart from his resilient focus on digital media, he has driven a 173 percent growth in room revenues by way of growing RevPAR at 172.7 percent whilst growing the F&B profitability by 9.5 percent over last year. A people’s person, he is popular for celebrating his team’s achievements. Heidari advocates a healthy male-to-female manning ratio, encourages women in leadership and is known to recruit from diverse geographic regions. He has been a part of various industry forums and has initiated a robust CSR wing for the hotel.
