The glittering lights and a chic ambience welcomes guests to a wholesome iftar à la carte menu at Sofitel Mumbai BKC’s Mohammad Ali Road Food Festival at Jyran – Tandoor Dining and Lounge.

A combination of 1,001 Arabian Nights and a Mughal palace, Jyran is a restaurant born from the imagination of designer Isabelle Miaja and her love affair with India. The interiors are complemented by intriguing influences from palace style windows and an imaginative blend of furnishings in an art-deco inspired dining area.

An outdoor lounge offers al-fresco seating and is highlighted by a magnificent two-tonne elephant made of scrap metal
set over a water-feature with bowls of fire.

Jyran’s Chef de Cuisine Shadab Ahmed has satiate diners’ taste buds with sumptuous options from who has perfected the art of cooking in his career spanning over 25 years. The food at Jyran stands testimony to this and reveals a real mastery of textures, creating moments of nostalgia for the restaurant’s loyalists.
