The Accor South Asia Hotel Awards 2021 is a celebration of stories of team members who have shown what it means to be resilient, empathetic, compassionate, and above all, optimistic. It is the celebration of brilliance and excellence; a platform that recognizes the most talented Heartists and inspires many others to pursue excellence.
With over 175 nominations across the 20 award categories, Accor celebrated their team members “Heartists” who have contributed par excellence.
Among many award categories, The Best General Manager of a hotel was won by Rajiv Kapoor (Fairmont) and Nitin Pathak, Novotel Guwahati, reinstating their feat in the ever-evolving hospitality industry.
Accor India organized an exclusive Award ceremony at Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity on 23rd June 2022 to celebrate winners of Accor South Asia Awards 2021 in presence of Mark Willis, Chief Executive Officer – Accor India, Middle East, Africa and Turkey, Craig Cochrane, Senior Vice President Talent and Culture Accor India Middle East Africa and Turkey, Johny Zakhem, Chief Financial Officer – India, Middle East, Africa and Turkey, Laure Morvan, Chief Development Officer – India, Middle East, Africa and Turkey and Puneet Dhawan, SVPO, India and South Asia.

Accor currently operates 420 properties (over 93,000 keys) across India, Middle East, Africa and Turkey with another 190 properties (over 40,000 keys) in the pipeline.
