Bar counters are designed in plush café and restaurants laden with granite tops, and professional stainless equipment fitted under. These lead to many hidden health dangers that need to be looked into. Bennetta bars keep all the possible  breeding zones for bacteria and the like in mind and avoid mixing stone prep areas between bar designs.
Any visible seam (not gap) is sealed with silicone, a hair thin line. Most of the stainless bar counters arrive in pre-assembled sections that do not need sealing. The primary equipment used in bar plans must be NSF® certified in manufacturing, making certain the bar counters will serve up health safe standards to its staff and end customer.
