Theos- Patisserie and Chocolatier, the leading confectionery brand is ready to set in motion North India’s biggest kitchenette unit in the coming months. With this, is brand is all set to open 50 new outlets in the next 3 years.
With the company’s core values revolving around consumer centricity, the brand is all set to open North India’s Biggest Bakery Kitchen spread across a total of 70000 sq. ft area distributed across 3 floors.
“Our main aim is to develop a facility that adds immense power to our entire team which will eventually reflect in our products. Coming from the construction background, a well planned and executed base kitchen has always been one of the biggest strengths at Theos.” said Karan Narula, Co-founder of Theos.
Theos is aiming at a high quality production volume of close to over 10 lakh total units per day production capacity. The production machines ordered from all over the world will ensure the delivery of standard products. From high-performance Rotary Ovens, Stone Bed French Deck ovens, double arm mixers from Spain for highly efficient production, to MRD trackers and Special UIN (Unique Identification Number) machines, and software for accurate inventory management and shelf life controls, Theos has not left any stone unturned to set-up the factory with very best technologies and machinery.

The factory is designed keeping all necessary precautions with respect to hygiene and safety standards as issued by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). In addition to this, a complete farm-to-table type of check process will ensure that all the Critical Control Points (CCPs) are duly and regularly monitored. For regular monitoring of water TDS levels to test the quality and hygiene of raw materials, finished goods, as well as the specific work areas, a microbiology lab will be set up at the factory to ensure everything that is served is safe and hygienic.
