ResortSuite, a hospitality management software solution provider, has launched its newest product, ResortSuite Dashboard, which provides its users with immediate access to hundreds of key performance indicators (KPIs), data, and metrics.
Frank Pitsikalis, founder and chief executive officer, ResortSuite, said: “ResortSuite Dashboard is an extension of our product line. It essentially pulls existing data from any of the implemented modules, arranges it as the user has selected, and displays it in readily available, visually appealing charts and graphs.”
He said this powerful tool enables users to make more informed business decisions, and to foresee any potential challenges based on the most recent intelligence.
Existing data captured from ResortSuite’s centralised Oracle-based database is compressed and then displayed in a combination of bar, pie and line charts, or tables. The interactive and customisable console allows users to define and personalise their preferred set of KPIs for any given time period. Additionally, real-time operational intelligence categorised by department, location, or entire enterprise, may be monitored securely over the internet. The advantages could be multiplied for hotel or resort clients that use ResortSuite modules such as PMS, SPA, F&B, GOLF, and CATERING.
The product is currently available in North America and will be available in India when the company enters the South Asian market. “We plan on targeting the South Asian market in the near future, as soon as we partner with an appropriate local partner,” Pitsikalis added.
