Zuri Hotels to showcase tailor-made exclusive packages for the Middle East

This will be the second year for Zuri Hotels and Resorts at the Dubai ATM, after they became independent of Radisson Hotels. They have participated many times before at the ATM while still operating under management contract of Radisson.

With 10 years of experience under their roof, Zuri has made a distinct positioning of their brand, although they are just a year old as an independent entity.

They plan to showcase tailor-made exclusive packages for the Middle East such as the special health and wellness package at Zuri-Kumarakom. All of 18 acres, The Zuri Kumarakom, Resort and Spa is a five-star deluxe property set at the heart of Kerala on the banks of Vembanad Lake.
The resort and spa offers 72 rooms including 10 lake-view pool villas with contemporary, deluxe accommodation, ideal for leisure or business guests.

Zuri also owns Maya Spa – one of the largest spas in South India. At the Kumarakom backwaters, the spa ensures that guests can unwind and de-stress. You are pampered with exotic therapies and treatments in both traditional Ayurveda as well as international therapies like stone therapy and Dead Sea water treatments and massages.

Zuri has tied up with international travel agents and airlines in Dubai and is currently working with major tour operators like Emirates Holidays, Canwo etc.

Zuri’s Indian portfolio also includes The Retreat by Zuri, Goa, suited for family holidays, business meetings, incentives and conferences and The Zuri Varca, White Sands Resort and Casino, Goa. Zuri also operates The Liner at Liverpool and The Zuri Whitefield, Bengaluru – both
business hotels.

What’s new
“We plan to reach out to wholesalers and other clients in the market. We want to understand and tweak our product to perfectly suit our target audience’s preferences. By showcasing our resort properties we also seek to have preferential tie-ups with major consolidators in the industry,” says Bobby Kamani, Managing Director, Zuri Group Global.

According to him, Zuri has seen about 25% increase in the guests from the Middle East as compared to a couple of years ago. “In the past six months we’ve seen travellers opting for Kerala as their holiday destination with a specific liking for the Zuri Kumarakom. There seems to be a shifting paradigm in the mindset of travellers from Middle East.

We are confident that the numbers of visitors to Zuri Kumarakom will only rise in the coming years owing to our heavy PR blitz across the Middle Eastern market with an active participation at the ATM, support tie-up with airlines, international travel agents and more,” says Kamani.
