The Oberoi New Delhi is going to have Michelin star Chef Felice Lo Basso whip up white truffle specialties at Travertino, their fine- dining Italian restaurant.Â
Basso is executive chef of Alpenroyal Grand Hotel-Gourmet & Spa in Selva Alta Val Gardena, Italy. He enjoys ardent patronage from gastronomy aficionados and is especially known for his use of the white truffle, known as “diamonds of the culinary world”.
The Oberoi New Delhi has engaged the chef to be steer their white truffle festival, which will take place between November 23 and December 1 2012. A special menu, bearing his signature and featuring his signature dishes and white truffle specialties, will be on offer for lunch and dinner.
