Hotel Association of India (HAI) has applauded the iconic Taj hotels for being recognized as the Strongest Hotel Brand in the World by Brand Finance in their coveted ‘India 100 2021’ report.

Securing the number one hotel brand position, in the 75th year of India’s independence is a historic moment for the hotel group as well as the Indian hospitality industry.

Brand Finance is the world’s leading independent brand valuation and strategy consultancy that tests thousands of global brands and evaluates the strongest and valuable brands every year based on factors such as customer familiarity, staff satisfaction, and corporate reputation. This year, Taj has been accredited as the world’s strongest hotel brand, with a Brand Strength Index (BSI) score of 89.3 out of 100 and AAA brand strength rating.

With this, Taj has become the hallmark of Indian hospitality securing a place of pride for India on the global hospitality map. “We are extremely delighted by the recognition of the iconic Taj hotels as the Strongest Hotel Brand.
