The score is judged on genuine Agoda customers’ experience reviews based on five standards including service, cleanliness & hygiene, location, facilities, and price. To qualify, a property must have a minimum of 40 reviews with an average score of 8.0 or above. Their reviews and ratings become very helpful to other travelers to book with a sense of assurance.
