Grand Mercure Gandhinagar GIFT City has announced that the hotel has won the ‘Gold level of certificate’ under the Indian Green Building Council’s (IGBC) Green New Building Rating System for being a sustainable and environment friendly building. The certification is valid for a period of three years.
Grand Mercure Gandhinagar GIFT City is a green building and is recognised for its sustainable practices by IGBC. Green building of the hotel helps in minimising the overall impact on the environment through the efficient use of energy and water and the use of environmentally friendly practices during construction of the structure.
