In the given circumstances, Roseate Hotels & Resorts is making conscious efforts to support the beleaguered hospitality industry and to promote tourism across the country. To do this, they have organised a bike ride starting from New Delhi all the way to Kanyakumari.
The aim of this campaign is to promote safe travel within the country and boost domestic tourism in India. The Ministry of Tourism, Government of India (Incredible India) has graciously come forward to support Roseate Hotels & Resorts in this endeavour along with the Director General of Tourism who flagged off the ride on 25th October 2020 at the crack of dawn.
The bike riders will pass through different states, stay at different locations and help achieve the goal of pushing tourism and travel in India. Traveling from Delhi to Kanyakumari, the bike riders will cover more than 3,700 kms. The bikers will rally through a number of routes including Delhi – Jaipur – Ahmedabad – Nashik – Mumbai – Goa – Gokarna – Bengaluru – Wayanad – Alleppey – Kovalam – Varkala – Kanyakumari.
On the occasion, Kush Kapoor – CEO, Roseate Hotels & Resorts said”, The pandemic has been a period of lull, but it has also given room to innovation and rise to many opportunities. The rationale behind Indie Rider 1.0 is to bring about confidence amongst domestic travellers to travel far and wide within India itself – a country with such a diverse biodiversity, geography, rich culture, heritage and history. We urge travellers to support the initiative and join hands in reviving tourism and travel industry in the country.”
