Hilton has announced the reopening of Hilton Shillim Estate Retreat & Spa on 17th July 2020, welcoming guests once again with Hilton’s signature hospitality.
Located in the pristine Shillimb valley of the Sahyadris, the 99-villas eco-wellness retreat was temporarily closed from 30th March 2020 due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Nestled in unspoiled surroundings amidst the magnificent landscape of the Western Ghats, Hilton Shillim Estate Retreat and Spa offers a sanctuary for the body, mind and spirit, the retreat is spread across 350 acres of picturesque wilderness.
As a part of Hilton’s new standard of hotel cleanliness and sanitization, training was designed to ensure all Team Members are aware of the steps they can take to keep themselves and others healthy while at work. During a stay, guests may encounter Team Members using creative ways to welcome them and demonstrate their hospitality while wearing protective equipment and staying respectful of physical distance.
