Averest Hotels and Resorts India Pvt. Ltd. recently announced its formal launch in the Indian market and unveiled its brand.
The group that has its corporate headquarters in Hyderabad is headed by veteran industrialist Mr. N Rajendra Prasad and a seasoned hospitality professional Mr. P.K. Anantha Sharma and will be expanding its presence nationally and internationally over the next 3-5 years.
Averest Hotels and Resorts’ brand was launched recently at an event in Hyderabad with C Bhaskar Reddy, President Association of Private Security Agencies (APSA), Pradeep Dutta, Hospitality Consultant and an industry veteran gracing the occasion.
The first property from the Averest group is coming up in Hyderabad and is slated to open its doors to guests in January 2021. This will be a mid-segment hotel located strategically at Gachibowli to target both corporate and leisure travellers with its pocket friendly luxury offerings.
The group has strategic expansion plans with phased roll out and it aims to have 20 Averest branded properties in the country and abroad in 3 years. This will include but is not only limited to Management Contracts, Franchisee Agreements and Joint Ventures.
