Taj revamps ‘Epicure’ programme to go beyond dining

Members can earn up to a free night’s stay by dining thrice

Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces has revamped its Epicure programme, an extension of its InnerCircle programme. Epicure allows frequent diners to earn and redeem points for Taj dining, relaxation and stay experiences at over 250 restaurants, 100 bars, 80 hotels and 60 spas in India and other Taj destinations worldwide.

The new Epicure programme, valid across all Taj bars and restaurants globally, offers more earning options and also includes other benefits including a complimentary night at Taj Hotels in India and Sri Lanka subject to terms and conditions. Under the new programme, members can earn up to a free night’s stay just by dining thrice.

The Epicure membership also comes with one complimentary night at any Taj hotel in India and Sri Lanka (with the exception of its Grand Palaces and Safari Lodges), subject to terms and conditions.

Chinmai Sharma, chief revenue officer, Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces said, “As part of our constant endeavour to enhance guest experiences, we redesigned the Epicure programme to make dining more rewarding at some of the most sought-after restaurants in the world. Based on insights from our members, the programme has been redesigned to offer a compelling value proposition that goes beyond dining and opens up the world of Taj to our members.”

Taj had relaunched the InnerCircle programme in 2015 with augmented features and enhancements, applicable across all hotels globally. The revamped programme has no blackout dates, an easy redemption process with myriad opportunities ranging from accommodation, restaurants and spas, and no expiry of points for active members.
