Conrad Bengaluru begins 2021 with an era of healthy lifestyle for its guests and employees

This event was curated to desing a life centred with wellness. This was a one of a kind event, where the fitness enthusiasts had a 90 mins of work out with fun team challenges and ZUMBA.

With a state-of-the-art Gym and wellness centered culture, Conrad Bengaluru has always taken pride in itself being a health & lifestyle-oriented workplace for team members and guests. 

The property’s General Manager,  Srijan Vadhera, a fitness enthusiast walks the talk with his focus on wellbeing. As a wellness aficionado, he strongly advocates and practices making healthy living choices and focusing on holistic well-being as a way of life.

The team members under his leadership have always been encouraged to be more physically active, various initiative alike Chef’s Sunday run, to badminton matches, early morning workouts before starting the day and much more are a part of daily routines at Conrad Bengaluru.

In its recent endeavour, Conrad Bengaluru collaborated with Sonali Swami, who in the recent past was recognized as Global Spa Fit & Fab winner. Together with her, the hotel curated a healthy lifestyle based event “FitLive with Sonali Swami”. An early start on a Sunday morning saw participation of fitness enthusiast in Bengaluru as well some hotel guests.

Commenting on this initiative, Srijan Vadhera, General Manager Conrad Bengaluru, (who was recently recognised with the GlobalSpa Fit and Fab award) said, “I believe wellness is inter related with everything that we do in our day to day lives. Not just a fit body, it is also essential to have a healthy mind. When both are in harmony, we create the right balance of activities in our lives.
