Gopal Jha is Executive Chef at Grand Mercure Bangalore

Gopal Jha has been appointed as Executive Chef at Grand Mercure Bangalore. A diploma holder in hotel management from the Subhas Bose Institute in Kolkata, he has also done his executive MBA in Finance from Karnataka Open University. During his 11-year career, he has worked with hotel chains like Starwood (now Marriott International), Taj Group of Hotels and Hyatt Hotels and was of the pre-opening team for two Hyatt hotels. Prior to joining Grand Mercure Bangalore, Chef Jha worked with The Lalit Golf & Spa Resort Goa.
