AccorHotels announced the opening of Uttar Pradesh’s first Novotel in Lucknow – the Novotel Lucknow Gomti Nagar – which is a short drive fromLucknow airport and railway station. The hotel is designed by Mumbai-based architect, Ahmed Shaikh of Ahmed and Associates. It features 106 rooms, including two suites, all equipped with modern in-room amenities, including high speed Wi-Fi connectivity. Its lobby features a dedicated web corner equipped with Mac PCs, a multi-touch table interactive platform that allows guests to experience a wide range of entertainment from fun learning games for children to the latest movie blockbusters for guests and a virtual concierge help desk that gives guests access to important information on their fingertips to plan their travel itinerary in the city.

Novotel Lucknow Gomti Nagar is home to four eclectic food and beverage outlets – The Square, Novotel’s flagship all-day dining restaurant featuring a mix of global cuisine and local delicacies; The Bar, serving the choicest blend of single malts, cocktails, mocktails, spirits and wines; The Rooftop Restaurant, which overlooks the pool, serving Indian culinary creations and cocktails at its starlit bar; and The Deli at the lobby level, offering bakes and confectionary for guests to grab and go.
For meetings and events, Novotel Lucknow Gomti Nagar features two state-of-the-art meeting rooms – The Ball Room and The Celebrations, both equipped with modern amenities. Leisure facilities include a fitness centre, a rooftop infinity pool and a recreational area for kids and a spa.
