Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel, Gachibowli had appointed Raam Shetty as Director of Rooms. He was earlier director of rooms at Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences. A bachelor in hotel management and catering technology from Hyderabad’s Regency College, Osmania University, Shetty has over 13 years in the hospitality industry. He has been associated with brands like Novotel, Marriott Hotels & Resorts, The Westin and The Taj in his career.
In his current role, Raam will head the housekeeping function of the 272-key Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel, which includes 17 suites with six venues totalling 950 square meters of event space. He will ensure the smooth operation of guest services, training and supervising the staff for efficient performance
