JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity has appointed Alok Kaul as the Director of Operations. Starting his career with Le Méridien New Delhi in 1996 as a trainee, he moved to Hotel Oberoi Towers, Mumbai (The Trident) as front office assistant before joining Jet Airways in 1998 as flight purser. A year later, he joined Burj Al Arab as a guest service executive and later promoted to manager, guest service (operations) and manager-training of the rooms division. He alongside completed his MBA from Australian University of Wollongong.
Kaul later joined Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai in 2006 as duty manager and a year after, joined The Ritz-Carlton as front office manager. His last held position was director of rooms and residences at The Address, Dubai Mall
