Novotel Kolkata has added Marwari cuisine to its food delivery menu with the launch of ‘The Marwari Kitchen’. Starting from June 2021, guests can enjoy an array of scrumptious delicacies made from local and fresh produce that compliments the theme making every meal a merry one.
The menu highlights include Paneer Methi Tikka, Bikaneri Tawa Subzi, Dal Panchmel, Rajasthani Motia Pulao, Tawa Laccha Paratha, Paneer Jodhpuri, Gatte ki Subzi, Rajasthani Dum Aloo, as part of the starters and main course to choose from every week.
In order to round off the meal, the hotel is also offering some delectable dessert options such as Moong Dal Halwa, Gulab Jamun, Choorma and Bikaneri Rosgulla.
