According to her, this can be achieved at workplaces, when all stakeholders, be that external or internal adapt an open-minded policy of evolving people.
“Hoteliers must encourage their hiring managers to implement a gender-neutral recruitment process and promote a culture of meritocracy where all voices are welcome and respected around the table,” she adds.
