Sharad Dixit increased his hotel’s profitability of the mini-bar division by 76 percent after taking handover from the F&B department and also increased the laundry revenue by 29 percent.
He was instrumental in bringing down the two-digit attrition rate to single digits by introducing various staff engagement activities. He also undertook several projects to improve the Room Villa condition scores.
