Birch by Romeo Lane introduces India’s first island bar in Arpora, Goa, themed around the nomadic Jungle for a unique culinary and mixology adventure.

Set amidst serene riverbanks, Birch offers an immersive escape celebrating nature’s untamed beauty. The island bar’s design reflects jungle aesthetics, blending natural elements seamlessly and creating an inviting atmosphere.

Chairman Saurabh Luthra describes Birch as a place where guests shed burdens and indulge in delights amidst lush greenery. Private cabanas provide intimate settings to enjoy grilled specialities, tempting desserts, and handcrafted cocktails crafted by skilled mixologists.

Birch by Romeo Lane’s food menu is a testament to culinary innovation with a harmonious blend of flavours, textures, and culinary traditions with dishes such as Camembert and Fig Parcel, Puffed Amaranth and Roasted Pearl Couscous Salad,  Mushroom Galawat Kebab crafted in Awadhi style, Dahi Kataifi Kebab, and desserts like the Birch Forest 2.0 and Limoncello Tiramisu with classic Limoncello liqueur, Amalfi lemons, and layers of Italian Savoiardi.

The artistry of mixology at Birch by Romeo Lane elevates the drinking experience with Birchwood Old-Fashioned and The Midnight Memories. The other trendy drinks are The Midnight Stroll, Birch Blossom and Forest Fire, where tequila meets smoky maple shrub, charred rosemary-infused vermouth, and aromatic bitters.

Designed by Saurabh Luthra and Gaurav Luthra, Birch brings the wild into Goa with its jungle-inspired decor and organic textures. Live musical performances and storytelling sessions add to the immersive atmosphere as guests unwind.
