Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport, part of the InterContinental Hotels Group, has appointed Ganeshram Iyer as Rooms Division Manager. Prior to taking this role, he was associated with brands like Hyatt, Le Royal Meridien, JW Marriott, Radisson White Sands Resort Goa, Taj Residency, and Hotel President Park. Iyer has completed his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Aurangabad University and has amassed over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Commenting on his appointment, Suraj Jha, general manager, Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport said, “We are pleased to have Ganeshram Iyer lead our team responsible for rooms at the hotel. His key expertise lies in ensuring that guest have a comfortable experience and their request are heard in a time bound and effective manner. As part of his role at Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport, he will devise several internal campaigns with his team for effective and quick responses to guest queries. He will oversees the functioning of the front office, formulating budgets and preparing monthly revenue and expense forecasts.
