Since joining Keys Hotel, Whitefield, Bengaluru in 2012, Nayaz Ahmed has kicked off initiatives to achieve higher gross operating percentage for the hotel and provision for rooms with minimal defects. He undertook projects like installing a heat pump for hot water generation, setting up a central remote control unit for the VRV air conditioning system, putting in aerators for water conservation, fixing an ultra-filtration system for waste water treatment, switching over to LED lighting system, etc.
