Motupalle has garnered a reputation for his exceptional management skills and commitment to delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

His tenure with Rotana Hotels, Emaar Hospitality Group and Accor Hotels has enriched his leadership approach and strategic mindset, making him well-equipped to lead Novotel Vijayawada Varun to new heights.
He holds an academic background that complements his practical experience. He earned his Bachelor of Hotel Management at Westin College of Hotel Management and his Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, specializing in Management and Operations, from the esteemed Napier University, Edinburgh.
