Settled in the historic city of Hampi, Evolve Back Kamalapura Palace extended a warm, traditional welcome to the esteemed G20 Sherpas and delegates as they arrived for the 3rd Sherpa Meeting.
Chaired over by India’s G20 Sherpa, Amitabh Kant, the meeting witnessed the participation of over 120 delegates, including the respective Sherpas and Heads of Delegations from G20 members, invitee countries, and International Organisations (IOs).
The Resort’s staff welcomed the G20 Sherpas and delegates with traditional Indian customs involving application of tilak and felicitation with silk shawls. The third Sherpa Meeting will continue till 16th July, 2023 where the 120 delegates will deliberate and engage in co-authoring of the Leaders Declaration to be eventually adopted by the G20 Leaders in the New Delhi Summit.
