India is to be treated to a new range of healthy French honeys courtesy of distributor Chenab Impex.
Lune de Miel, a French honey manufacturer recently launched its Royal Jelly with Honey and Ginseng with Honey lines in India.
The range was launched in the first week of June.
“We import, stock and sell a large range of the Lune de Miel honeys including their organic honeys,” said Anil Chandhok, managin director, Chenab Impex.
Worldwide, restaurants and hotels use these honeys for many applications, especially as a spread or sweetener since they are preferred by diabetics.
Targeted at the health-conscious market, both products are available at Rs795 for cases of 12 x 250gm glass bottles. Breakfast buffet packs are also available.
The Royal Jelly honey is said to provide “sustenance, energy and long life. It is even used for cosmetic application,” said Chandok.
While the Ginseng line is favoured by those with diabetes and also by spas because of its reputation to alleviate some major effects of aging, according to the company.
