Luxe Worldwide Hotels has formalised the Tian Serrai Group as its Indian development, marketing and management partner. Its full portfolio of three brands, Legends, Elite and Signature will be available in India.
The long-term arrangement has got off to a good start with the Luthria’s of Tian Serrai committing their two upcoming projects to the Luxe portfolio. Ground will soon be broken at Pune and the Chaul village in Raigad, both of which are in Maharashtra.
Tian Serrai’s Kishore Luthria will head the Indian operations as director. “Interest levels in our offering are high and talks are on with three owners,” said Luthria.
Luxe recently signed a marketing arrangement with the Vedic Village in Kolkata, the resort which was attacked by arsonists on Sunday, August 23, 2009. Luxe however stated that the arrangement was however terminated as on August 1, 2009.
