Hilton Garden Inn Gurgaon Baani Square introduced its food delivery program last year during the 1st covid wave from its All-Day Dining restaurant “Glasshouse” and recently decided to change/upgraded the menu seeing the trend shift towards Home-cooked food and vegan meals.
The hotel has created a separate vegan menu, and also launched a separate “Apni Rasoi” menu along with an elaborate Glasshouse takeaway menu to increase options for guests to choose from.
The hotel is offering free delivery within 5 kms radius and is self-delivering to all kinds of guests which includes those in quarantine, Covid recovering patients while anyone can order from Gurgaon through prominent delivery partners.
Glasshouse’ “Apni Rasoi” Menu includes simplest of the dishes that people crave for and are not able to cook at home, and the menu includes: – Mixed Vegetable with Tawa Roti /Tawa Parantha, Home Style Veg/Non-Veg Thali, Lemon rice, Grilled Egg white Sandwich and many more. The Vegan menu includes: – Buckwheat Uttapam , Vegan Barley Salad, Thai Spiced Tofu, Vegan Thai Curry, Cauliflower –Mushroom Casserole to name a few.
