Healthy ice cream brand NOTO launches 3 new Indian-flavoured gelatos

They new additions are Rose Pista, Kesar Pista, and Anjeer

These ice creams are denser, richer, and creamier, and they contain half the fat and sugar. Each of these flavours boasts a rich history of resonating deeply with the Indian palate.

With its slow-churned gelato range, ‘Rose Pista’ is a delicate flavour, with the subtle sweetness of rose balancing the nutty pistachio, while ‘Anjeer’ brims with the goodness of figs. As for ‘Kesar Pista’, it stands true to being India’s royal, creamy, and classic flavour.

“Gelato has always been a part of our product pipeline; we were just waiting for the right time to launch it. We gave it an atypical twist by opting for traditionally Indian flavours instead of regular chocolate or caramel,” says Ashni Shah, Founder, NOTO.

“At present, we’ve launched only 3 flavours, and the product is already available pan-India. We’ve built up inventory prior to the launch to be able to cater to the summer demand, and we hope that our customers fall in love with this range as well. We’ll eventually launch additional flavours and build out the line,” says Varun Shah, Founder, NOTO.

NOTO recently raised $2 million in pre-series A funding led by White Whale Ventures and Rainmatter. With this funding, the company plans to further solidify its presence in existing markets while penetrating the vast market in tier-1 and tier-2 cities.
