Ashwin joined Marriott in 2011 as a Senior Manager in the Development Planning and Feasibility function based in Gurgaon, India, and went on to lead the discipline in South Asia in 2017.
He became the feasibility team lead for Marriott in South East Asia in 2019 based in Singapore. In 2021, Ashwin took on the additional task of overseeing the South Asia markets in addition to his South East Asia market oversight.
Ashwin holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Administration from the Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, Manipal, India.
Ashwin is a fitness and sports enthusiast known for his passion for playing table tennis.
