Bhagwan Balani is a passionate and thriving hotelier. An out-of-the-box thinker, Mr Balani always suggests a creative approach to any subject/project he works on. As a leader, he is highly spoken of as people love his ways of operation, which inspires each individual to learn and grow too. Compassionate towards people and trust in his team has empowered ITC Grand Central – the gothic hotel of Bombay.
Talking about his education, He holds a Diploma in Marketing Management and hotel Revenue Management, from University of Mumbai and Gilon Institute of higher education respectively.
He is a hotel management graduate from the reputed ‘Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Hotel Management Development and Research’ and has also completed his Bachelor of Arts. Talking about his enrollment journey towards hospitality, His great affinity towards people’s industry and love for learning new subjects and unlearning or modifying ideas every day, made him opt for the hospitality industry.
Furthermore, talking about his journey at ITC, he was appointed as General Manager for ITC Grand Goa, in the year 2018 and he is currently General Manager for ITC Grand Central Mumbai, located in South Mumbai. ITC Grand Central is a Luxury Collection Hotel and shines bright with its constant efforts towards maintaining and adhering to the standards of ‘Responsible Luxury’ which the brand strongly believes in.

Recently, this hotel has been recognized with the ‘Leed Zero Carbon Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council, for achieving a remarkable milestone in the field of sustainability.
