Explore culinary marvels from the coast at the Goan Food festival at Grand Hyatt Mumbai’s Fifty Five East restaurant.  Guests can savour a spread ofdelicacies from the land of sun, sand and paradise, as Chef Tanuja Kerkar visiting the hotel from February 20 -28, 2017.

Goan cuisine has been influenced by an exotic blend of sea, spices and Portuguese traditions resulting in a potpourri of some of the most delightful culinary flavors. Hailing from a small island of Divar in Goa, chef’s secret homemade recipes are a favorite among her guests there & she is excited to bring in this fusion experience here at Fifty Five East.

Guests can explore an array of delicacies like Pork vindalo, Bhorlelem crab chichinda , Goan Tawa Fish, Mutton xacutti , Goan prawn curry , Prawn Fry, Tamri aur nariyal ki bhaji  , Pineapple and mango sasvan, Paneer Recheado , Mushroom and cashewnut xacutti & more. Also enjoy a Live Station of made to order meats with Goan marinade cooked by Chef Kerkar .

Goan delights can be enjoyed at the multi-cuisine buffet restaurant at INR 1650 plus taxes for lunch and INR 1900 plus taxes for dinner.
