Armed with a decade’s experience in the hospitality industry, he has been associated with brands such as Starwood Hotels and ITC Hotels in various capacities related to front office and customer relations management. Malik has a degree in Tourism Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, Delhi and diploma in hotel management from Gurgaon’s Welcome Group Management Institute. He also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certificate.
