Radisson Goregaon launches GOMA, The new pan Asian restaurant

The restaurant opens its doors to guests on the 20th of August

GOMA, the new restaurant at Goregaon west is all set to open its doors for Pan Asian food lovers. Goma stands for sesame seed which is the super Food of Japan and is one of the main ingredients of pan Asian food.

Other than mouthwatering non-vegetarian options, because of the vegetarian population in the area, the menu at GOMA offers a large range of delectable vegetarian and Jain dishes which will showcase a unique blend of Asian techniques with international ingredients. The restaurant will also will include additional counters like Goma grill and Live Sushi bar.

Explaining about Goma Grill the culinary maestro behind Goma, Chef Sadik says, “So, if you see Asian Grill, from China to Japan to Korea to Malaysia everyone has their Grill so they call it with different name. For example, in China, they call it Shakao, In Japanese they have Robotayaki. So, from our Grill we will be giving a little bit of Japanese, Chinese, Indonesian and Malaysian touch.”

According to Chef Sadik Specialties that will attract Pan Asian food lovers to Goma will be Xiaolongbao- chicken soupy dim sum, Poached water dim sum Beijing sauce, Steam turnip cake fragrant chill, Trio of mushroom Baozi, Fried dough crispy roll Prawns, Asparagus, avocado mash and truffle oil maki roll, Spicy Avocado mame nori (bean curd wrapper), Inari with shishito pepper, Crispy duck pancakes, scallions, cucumber, hoisin sauce, Chicken nan ban, Spiced sesame dip, Japanese mayo, Tteoboki and Simmered rice cake, spices, vegetables.

Hotel Manager of Radisson Goregaon Santosh Singh adds “People in and around Goregaon are aware there is a big wide world of cuisine waiting to be discovered. They are bored with the regular Asian fare, and GOMA located at Radisson Goregaon will offer a wide, undiscovered, innovative range of Asian flavors to Guests”.
