The Phlox Hubli is all set to open its doors in style. Joining the team, will be Sreejith Nair as EAM – Operations.
In this role, Nair will lead hotel operations with a focus on food and beverage and will be responsible for overall operational excellence, creative guest engagement programs and enhancing the top line performance.
He brings with him a wealth of experience, spanning a prolific career of over 18 years in hospitality, across leading luxury hotel brands such as Shangri La, The Address Hotels and Marriott International. His last operational role was F&B Manager at the St. Regis Doha, where he was responsible for leading the F&B team in achieving operational efficacy and creating exceptional guest experiences by instilling initiatives to empower employees and inspiring a thriving work culture.
Speaking on his appointment Parmeshwaran M, the General Manager commented, “Sreejith brings with him a very hands on approach and his addition to the team would bring about a different approach to operational culture, benefitting the entire team and giving the hotel a boost on the leadership front. I am excited to see how it pans out, considering the fact that Sreejith is also an excellent trainer.”
